The Big Disgrace album cover features Haute and Freddy seated in front of ornate curtains, surrounded by dancers. Freddy holds a musical instrument, while the performers strike dramatic, theatrical poses. The aesthetic is distinctly carnivalesque, combining pastel tones with flashes of vivid red, heavy makeup, brightly colored hair, and exaggerated styling. The overall composition evokes a flamboyant stage performance, blending camp, theatricality, and playful excess.
